Raising environmentally-minded children is no small task, especially for those living in urban concrete jungles.

Try this *Green Breath on for size with your kids to inspire a love, connection, and partnership with our earthly blessings.

Sit outside surrounded by nature or inside by a window. Notice the green trees, grass, and flowers.

Close your eyes, slowly breathe in oxygen. Imagine being filled with green energy that makes you feel healthy and alive.

Slowly exhale. Imagine the carbon dioxide you breathe out filling the plants with well-being. Repeat several times.

We depend on trees and other plants to stay alive, because we breathe in the carbon dioxide we breathe out.
